Casa Nima

We had an outstanding time at Casa Nima. The suite was absolutely beautiful with incredible decor that I could only dream of for my home. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a deck overlooking the pool. The suite had everything we needed and more. It was so nice uhaving a washer and dryer too! The pool and amenities are over the top here. Pool, sauna, gym, yoga facilities, pool table, ping pong, fooseball, pickle ball, etc. Huge nice cabana beds and sitting areas and even fire pits. Love it there! Location was about a 9 min uber ride to the Art District and several restaurants. Now the best part was the service. We would like to make a shout out to Jose, the front desk and hospitality manager. He was incredibly attentive and always available and made our stay seamless. We will definitely book Casa Nima again but next time will bring all of our family. Thanks again Jose

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Casa Nima and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded every expectation. The photos are completely accurate, yet the property somehow feels even more stunning in person. We felt extremely safe and secure the entire time. We stayed over New Year’s and experienced zero construction noise or disruption, which made the experience even more seamless and relaxing. Traveling with our baby and my mother, we found Casa Nima to be the perfect destination for a multi-generational trip. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, calm, and comfortable. The apartment’s location within the property was ideal—just steps from the gym and steam room. Both the baby pool and adult pool are heated and truly perfect, making it easy to enjoy the pools at any time of day. The grounds are immaculate and meticulously maintained, creating a peaceful, resort-like atmosphere throughout the entire stay. The staff was exceptional - warm, attentive, and always willing to help - yet never intrusive. Another major highlight was how relaxed the pool experience was; there was never any stress or competition for pool chairs, which made the entire stay feel effortlessly luxurious. There is a restaurant on site with limited menu options. While it would be amazing to see additions like specialty coffees or lattes, the convenience of a nearby shopping center and easy delivery options made this a very minor note. This was truly one of the best vacations we have ever had. Casa Nima struck the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and tranquility, and we are already looking forward to returning.

Brand new property but definitely some building quirks yet resolved by management. Our shower was not installed properly nor was the dishwasher properly bolted to the counter so it kept tipping over when open. lumina was slow to respond to requests, and mosquitos were rampant at the property so we could not be outside at dusk without serious swarms. The hot tub heater was broken and so it was not working during our stay. Overall the property was well designed, new, and the pool was lovely. Gym was nice too. Decent property with lots of potential - they need to spray for mosquitos and fix up the apartments so they are fully functional. It has a lot of potential but isn’t quite there yet.

Love the decor style and texture of the material choice. The road construction conditions out side the resort made the location not ideal. Should be great after 1 year from this post.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a deck that overlooked the pool, it was spacious and comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise to have a washer and dryer available as well! The amenities at Casa Nima are truly exceptional. The pool area is fantastic, and the facility includes a sauna, gym, yoga studio, and a variety of games like pool, ping pong, foosball, and pickleball. There are also large, comfortable cabana beds, cozy sitting areas, and even fire pits. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! The location is convenient too, just about a nine-minute Uber ride to the Art District and several great restaurants. However, the highlight of our stay was the service. A special shout-out to Jose, the front desk and hospitality manager; he was incredibly attentive and always available, making our stay effortless. We’re definitely planning to book Casa Nima again, and next time, we’ll be bringing the whole family. Thank you, Jose!

Casa Nima has gone far beyond any expectations we had prior to our stay. The place possess an enchanting character, the athmosphere is relaxing yet vibrant, the facilities are stunning, the heated pool is a paradise made true for children and adults alike. The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable, tastefully decorated. The complex is conveniently located and close to everything and yet in a quiet area. The staff is helpful and very responsive. The price point, for what you get, make it a real steal. I cannot recommend it enough! The place to choose in San Jose del Cabo, no doubt. We will go back for sure!

I’ve been following this project since it was being constructed. I am impressed by the quality of the interior design and so excited about all the amenities!

It’s a small gated community that’s still undergoing construction. However, some of the finished amenities are really nice. For example, the swimming pool and surrounding areas. Which is big and pretty dramatic. Also, the two best features of Casa Nima are the Onsite Hosts/Managers. Oliver and Pedro. They’re super professional, efficient, have positive attitudes … plus, they have really good people skills.
